Welcome to Pearl Pools. By using our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

🛠️ Installation Timeline Guarantee

Pearl Pools proudly offers a 14-Day Install Guarantee. This guarantee applies to eligible fiberglass pool projects and is defined as follows:

The 14-day install period begins on the first day of excavation.
"Install" refers to the pool being fully set, plumbed, backfilled, and filled with water — ready for homeowner use.
Delays due to weather, permit approvals, inspections, client-requested changes, or third-party contractor hold-ups (e.g., electrical or landscaping) are excluded from this timeline.

If we do not complete installation within 14 business days (excluding approved exceptions), a $1,000 credit will be issued to the client at final billing.

🔄 Change Orders & Customization

Any changes to the original pool design, location, features, or materials must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs or extend the install timeline. We’ll always confirm and document any such changes with you.

🛡️ Warranties

All pools include a 15-year limited structural warranty, covering the fiberglass shell against structural failure under normal residential use. Additional warranties may apply to equipment (pumps, heaters, automation) and will be provided during the consultation phase.

💳 Payments & Financing

Project payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Financing options are available through third-party lenders; all financing approvals are subject to their terms and conditions.

📍 Service Area

Pearl Pools currently serves Corpus Christi and surrounding Coastal Bend areas. Additional travel fees may apply for projects outside our standard service radius.

📷 Media & Marketing

With your consent, we may use photographs or video footage of your pool project for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and print materials. You can opt out of this in writing at any time.
